Northland Alumni
Northland Primary Alumni Association (NPAA) is the official alumni association of Northland Primary School. We are a community of former students who share a common bond — our years at Northland Primary School.
Founded to preserve and strengthen the ties between alumni and the school, NPAA serves as a bridge between past and present — connecting generations of Northland students and giving back to the community that shaped us.

Our History
The origins of Northland Alumni can be traced back to 2003, when then-Principal Mdm Moliah Binte Hashim first mooted the idea of establishing an alumni body. What began as an informal alumni network took shape during the school's 15th anniversary celebrations on 11 April 2003, with an initial membership drive launched through a barbecue organised by the interim alumni committee.
The interim committee was led by Mr Tan Lit Kah until 2005, when Mr Mohd Faizul Salamon was appointed the first President of the alumni group. Under his leadership, and with the support of a committed team of alumni volunteers, the foundations of the alumni organisation were established. This included building closer ties with the school, setting up regular engagement channels, and convening monthly meetings to guide the development of the alumni community. After four years of service, leadership was passed to Ms Juliana Ong in 2009.
Mr Marcus Ng stepped into the role of President in January 2011. Together with a new committee, he introduced structural reforms aimed at strengthening communication between the school, the alumni leadership, and the wider alumni network. Greater emphasis was also placed on creating meaningful opportunities for alumni members to initiate activities, support school events, and cultivate the leadership potential of younger alumni.
Northland Primary Alumni Association was formally established in 2016. Following its establishment, the Association adopted a more defined organisational structure, comprising the Main Wing and the Youth Alumni Wing.
